M7 Promotes 141 Prison Bosses

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the Commander In Chief of Armed Forces has promoted a total of 141 prison bosses from various ranks, Spyreports has learnt.
According to the list, promoted officers rang from the rank to Assistant Commissioner General of Prison to Assistant Superitedandant of Prison.
Frank baine the spokesperson of Uganda prison confirmed the appointment and promotions. "The president through his constitutional powers appointed and promoted officers from Uganda Prisons to various ranks," Says Baine.
Below is the full list of promoted officers.

Appointed as Assistant Commissioner General of Prisons;

Mr. John Bosch Tumwebaze

Mr. Milton Tiyo

Mr. Robert Munanura

Mr. Hillary Bisanga

Dr. George Muge

The Commissioner General of Uganda Prison Service, Can. Dr. Johnson Byabasaija says the promotion to Assistant Commissioner General of Prisons take immediate effect from 29th April,2023.
