Indian Tycoon Assassinated near Parliament.

Police and other security agencies have started active investigations into how a city money lender and an Indian of nationality has been gunned down by assailants leaving his body in cold blood. The gunned down Indian business man has been identified as Uttam Bandari who was operating a Money lending business at Raja chambers along parliamentary avenue. It's not yet clear of a motive by the killer was but according to eye witness, the killer was dressed in a police uniform. "We were inside our legal chambers doing our work and all of the sudden, we hear bullets and upon coming down to see what's happening, we found a body of an Indian  who also warks on this building lying in a pool of blood,"says eyewitness.
Police detectives from central police station CPS Kampala arrived immediately and codorned off the areas as they gather evidence of what happened. Another eyewitness said that after the killer finished his mission, he stood outside the building made one call and he set off without being touched on. Indian murder becomes the third high profile murder by shooting in just two weeks after the shooting of junior Minister of labor RTD Col Engora, Vlogger Olexas aka Jjaja Ichuli who was also gunned down early this week in kyanja.
