''I Can Not Work With You''-Minister Mwebesa Drags PS Ssali To Public Service Over Unprofessional Conduct.

The Minister of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives Hon Francis Mwebesa has accused her Permanent Secretary, Ms. Geraldine Ssali of "unprofessional conduct" and being "toxic" and "imprudent" in her actions and asked the Head of Public Service to take appropriate action on her. 

The Minister said the toxic environment created by the Permanent Secretary, has "adversely affected the performance of staff at the Ministry". Amidst the ongoing accusations against the Ms. Geraldine Ssali of physically assaulting a senior staff at the ministry. 

The letter signed by the misiter Mwebesa seen by Spyreports addressed to the head of public service and secretary to the cabinet and office of the president indicated that ever since Ms Ssali entered the office, she has forced transfer of several staffs like the head of procurement and accounts, planning and policy, Human resource

The minister also blames his permanent secretary for interdicting the head of legal department without following the right procedures.

He has however noted that he can no longer work with the PS Ssali in the same ministry .
