Mother Slaughter Her 12-Year Daughter In Cold Blood.

The Territorial Police in Luwero district have arrested a mother who descended on her 12-year-old daughter who has been in primary six at Bombo common primary at Mpakawero village Nyimbwa sub-county in Luwero district.

Preliminary observations indicate that,a concerned citizen reported to the  Lc1 Chairman Mpakawero Lufura village that blood was flowing under the door of one of the residents who also reported the matter to Bombo police station.

Immediately police from Bombo responded to the scene and found Namatovu Josephine had  killed her own daughter,

Police surrounded the scene and documented it by a team of soco and homicide squad, a case of murder was registered, relevant statements were recorded from relevant witnesses, suspect one Namatovu Josephine and a mother to the deceased was arrested, the panga suspected to have been used was recovered and others exhibits from the scene. 

Asp Twiineamazima Sam the public relations officer Savannah region confirmed the incident adding that the two remaining children were handed over to the child and  family protection unit and probation officer and the body was conveyed to Mulago city mortuary for postmortem examination.
