Nakawa Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Katanga Molly Over Her Husband’s Death

Nakawa Chief Magistrate's Court has issued an arrest warrant for Katanga Molly the wife of the deceased businessman, Henry Katanga over the letter's murder.

According to the court warrant, Molly Katanga is charged with the offense of murder and therefore directed Uganda Police Force to arrest and present her before the court as soon as possible.

Chief Magistrate Elias Kakooza instructed the police to apprehend Molly by February 12, 2024, citing insufficient explanation of her injuries in the medical reports submitted by her legal team.

Her arrest follows the deceased's daughters, Martha Nkwanzi and Patricia Kakwanza, along with the family’s shamba boy, George Amanyire, and medical practitioner Charles Otai, being committed to the High Court for trial.
