Shambaboy Defiles Eight Primary School Children, Arrested By Police

The Territorial Police in Nakasongola district are  investigating a case of aggravated defilement which occurred between 2023 up July 2024, at Ekitingala Primary School Kakooge Sub county in Nakasongola district where a shambaboy allegedly defiled pupils between the age of seven to 13 years of old. 

It is alleged that Eight pupils at Ekitangala Primary School Kakooge Subcounty in Nakasongola district were sexually abused by the said suspect.

 Preliminary observations indicates that between the year 2023 up to July 2024, at Ekitangala Primary School one Mayanja Peter, a shambaman at the said School allegedly defiled some pupils as the Suspect was staying with the said Victims at his home located within Ekitangala Primary School.

 It is further alleged that on 24/07/2024, a meeting was held at School to discuss the matter where the victims were called in and they disclosed to the administration the evil the suspect has been doing.

The matter was reported to Kakooge police station, they responded immediately and a case of aggravated defilement was opened, scene visited and documented by soco, statements were recorded from relevant witnesses and victims,

 All victims were examined and the shambaman was arrested and detained at Cps Nakasongola district for further investigations.

Savannah region spokesperson ASP Sam Twiineamazina confirmed the arrest of the shambaman.
