Shameless Woman Defiles an 11Year Old Boy, Goes into Hiding

Detectives in Luwero district are hunting for woman on the run who allegedly defiled a boy on Saturday 04/11/2023 at approximately 4am at Namaliga east Bombo town council in Luwero district. The victim is a male aged 11years old, a munyarwanda by tribe and resident of the above address. 

Preliminary information indicates that on 04/11/2023 at around 4am the victim left his parents home going to catch grasshoppers from the nearby lights. On the way he met a certain lady known to him by face who stopped him and told him that she had something to give him to take home and she told him to go with her to her house.
When they reached the house, the woman closed the door, she undressed him and ordered him to sleep on the bed and warned him that if he tries to make alarm, she will also make alarm claiming that he is a thief. She then forced him into playing sex with her after which she threatened to kill him incase he reveals to anybody.
The victim later went back home crying and when his parents asked him,he explained to them how the woman forced him into sex. The parents then took him to the health facility and put him on pep and later reported the matter to police.

When police received information from one Kabamba Yusuf aged 25years old a muganda and step father to the victim and a resident of the same area. 

"Police responded immediately visited the scene and documented it by soco and detectives, a case of aggravated defilement was registered, relevant statements from relevant witnesses were recorded, pf3 medical form was issued to the victim for examination, a sketch plan drawn and efforts to have the suspect arrested is on going,"
