Supreme Court Justice, Stella Arach-Amoko is Dead

The Judiciary has announced the death of Hon. Lady Justice Stella Arach-Amoko, Justice of the Supreme Court.

According to the announcement made by the Deputy Justice. HW Richard Buteera, Lady Justice Stella Arach-Amoko passed away this morning at Nakasero Hospital at 4am.

"Our sincere condolences go out to the family of the late, the Judiciary, the legal fraternity, the country, and the East African Region as a whole," Justice Buteera said.

She has been a member of the Judicial Service Commission, representing Judicial Officers and also a member of the Legal Education, Public Affairs and Research Committee of the Commission.  May her soul rest in eternal peace.
