All Set For Sseggirinya's Sendoff In Kaddugala Masaka - Body Spends Night At Ancestral Home

Preparations are underway in Kaddugala, Masaka, as everything is being set for the final farewell to Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad. 

The body of Kawempe North lawmaker, has arrived at his ancestral home of Butale-Kaddugala ahead of his funeral tomorrow. 

The Legislator was declared dead on Thursday after weeks of treatment at Lubaga Hospital, where he had been battling skin cancer, for which he had also received care in Agakhan Hospital in Kenya.

The cortege bearing the body was received by relatives, friends, and political leaders, including area legislator Mathias Mpuuga.

 The deceased legislator is scheduled to receive a national funeral, befitting his position in government, with full honors to be performed by the police.
