Buikwe Sexworker Murdered In Guest House

The territorial Police in Njeru Buikwe District is actively investigating cirmustances underwhich one Naigaga Racheal 45yrs was allegedly suspected to have been murdered by unknown person.

This incident occured at Namwezi zone Mbiko Njeru municipality in Buikwe district on 14/08/2024 at unknown time.

Its alleged that the deceased one Naigaga Rachael is a known sex worker though married to one Okello.

On the 13/08/2024 at around 2000 hrs she left her home leaving the husband and kids and went to Brandon bar and guesthouse in Namwezi zone to drink.

The said bar and guesthouse belong to one Brian Balanyeki who is on remand at Bugungu prison and the business is now being run by his wife Kugumikiriza Rachael.

At around midnight the deceased allegedly got a client and they booked in one of the rooms however the said client left within the night at unknown time after locking her in the room and went with the keys.

On 14/08/2024 at around 0700 hrs one of the sex workers commonly known as Frenchbeans informed Meme Annet (reporter) who is the mother to Brian Balanyeki to check on the deceased's room since she is a drunkard and may not be safe as her room was locked from outside.

 Meme Annet got somebody who broke the door where they found Naigaga Rachael lying dead on the bed, this prompted her to report the matter to police.

The deceased has been identified as Naigaga Rachael f/a 45 yrs Musoga housewife resident of Kyabagu zone Mbiko Njeru municipality in Buikwe district.

Body had no marks and signs of violenc

 SP Bukoto Hellen the Spokesperson Ssezibwa Region noted that the Body evacuated to Jinja Regional Referral hospital for postmortem. Investigations are on going.
