Katwe police station is holding a heartless woman over allegations of cutting off his husband's genitals over a fight the two developed inside their bedroom.
The arrested woman has been identified as Joy Biira a resident of a resident of Nabisalu Wasswa Zone, Makindye Division in Kampala.

Police spokesperson Fred Enanga in a brief statement said that the husband identified as Baluku Benson who passed away had returned home on March 26 while under the influence of alcohol, and proceeded to engage in a physical altercation with his spouse, whom he frequently accused of engaging in extramarital affairs.

“During the domestic fight, the husband grabbed his wife by the neck and started strangling her which prompted her to draw out a knife and chop off his genitals,” Enanga said.
