M7 Promotes Kafeero Others To The Rank Of AIGP

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the Commander In Chief of all armed Forces has promoted three senior police officers from the rank of Senior Commissioner of Police(SCP) to Assistant Inspector General of police (AIGP) ,Spyreports has exclusively learnt.

 According to police ranks AIGP is highest rank in the force.

 The Deputy IGP and IGP are not ranks but appointments made by the seating President.

 According to the message which our source from Naguru showed us, the three officers who have attained the highest rank in the force include AIGP Moses Kabugo Kafero who serves as the Director Human Resource and Training.

 Previously Kafero worked in various departments of police that include KMP Commander, Commander Kabalye police training school and police senior Command and staff college in Bwebajja among others.

 Also on the list were AIGP Bamunoma Ubaldo the Director In charge of Chief political Commissariat and Felix Baryawisaki who is Director ICT.

However sources say more promotions are still coming. "We expect all seven directors who have been at the rank of SCP to be elevated to AIGP soon," Says another source.
