M7 Rejects Contracts Renewal For Top Police Bosses, Orders Them To Vacate Police Force.

 President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the Appointing Authority has rejected to renew the contracts contracts of top police bosses and later ordered the IGP Byakagaba to force them out of the force, Spyreports has learnt.

 According to the information we obtained the directors who were made jobless by the president and are now on the streets searching for new employment are AIGP Grace Akullo former Director CID and Interpol, AIGP John Ndugutse former police attaché to Kenya, AIGP Richard Edyegu former Director Logistics and Engineering, AIGP Fadhil Kaali and Charles Birungi former Director welfare.

 Sources revealed to us that the President had given them a contract of only two years to access their capacity and capability.

 "After their two year contract got expired,they re-applied for another contract extension which was later declined by the President on grounds not mentioned to them," Says another security source. He says all the five applicants applied through Police Authority and their were forward to the President but to their surprise none of them got a positive response," Another state house source told us.

Another insider told us that the President later instructed the IGP to ensure they leave the force.

 "The IGP called them and informed them about the President's decision of not renewing their contracts and ordered them to vacate the force," a source from Naguru told.

He added that few days later, their offices were filled with other officers.

It should also be remembered that two year ago, the President also declined to renew the contracts of top police bosses who expected to return to work after several begging to come back.

 They were AIGP Asan Kasingye, Edward Ohom, Andrew Sorowen, Stephn Kasiima, Asuman Mugenyi among others.
