Man Kills Wife after Finding Her Having Sex with Another Man

Police in Nakaseke district are holding a man in custody on charges of murder that occured on 30/10/2023 at approximately 8am at Butibulongo Village Mijuma parish Wakyato Subcounty in Nakaseke district. 
The deceased has been identified as Monica Kunihira aged 35years old a mutooro by tribe a house wife and resident of the above address.
Preliminary information indicates that on 30/10/2023 at 8am in Butibulongo Village Mijuma parish Wakyato Subcounty in Nakaseke district, one Katongole Rashid now suspect in custody found his wife engaging in a sexual  act with another man called Musaja wa Kabaka at their Shamba about 10metres from their home, he then picked up a serious fight with the man but the man overpowered him and took off, this then prompted the suspect to charge at his wife where she sustained serious injuries leading to her death before she was transported to hospital. 
Upon police getting the information from one Kiwanuka Ismail chairman LC1 of the same area. "They responded immediately visited the scene and documented it by soco, a case of murder was registered, relevant statements were recorded, one suspect arrested and the body was conveyed to Nakaseke hospital for postmortem examination as they hunt for another suspect," ASP TwiineAmazima Sam PRO Savannah Region said.
