Police Arrest Woman for Stealing Archdeacons Car

Police in Rwampara District have in seized in custody a woman for stealing a motor vehicle during the burial ceremony of businessman Apollo Nyegamehe, alias Aponye.

The stolen vehicle, a Suzuki with the registration number UAT 478N, was affiliated with Kikungiri Archdeaconry, situated in the Southern division of Kabale Municipality under the Kigezi Diocese.

The former Political Commissar of Police, Rtd AIGP Asan Kasingye in a tweet said, "The woman who stole a car Reg No. UAT 478N at APONYE’s burial in Muganga was arrested at a road block in Rwampara by Police at 10pm."
