Police speak out on Cafe Bravo Restaurant fire outbreak.
Kampala Metropolitan police (KMP) have started investing the root cause of the Fire Outbreak at Cafe Bravo Restaurant, Uganda House, Kampala Road Today, April 5th, 2024,
Luke Owoyesigire the deputy police spokesperson KMP told this publication that the Fire Prevention and Rescue Services has responded to a fire outbreak at Cafe Bravo Restaurant suspected to have ignited around 5 am, swiftly engulfed the restaurant premises.
"The Fire Prevention and Rescue Services promptly arrived at the scene and successfully contained the fire before it could spread further throughout the building".He said.
Significant damage to the property ensued and Investigations into the cause of the fire outbreak are currently underway, with investigators actively gathering evidence at the scene to aid in determining the root cause.police noted.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or fatalities resulting from the incident.says Owoyesigire.
