Security Guard Kills Colleague At Work Place, Abandons Killer Gun At Their Rented Room.

The Territorial Police in Luwero district is investigating a case of murder by shooting which occurred on Saturday 16/12/2023 at about 11:20pm at Najjembe Developers Micro Finance Limited in Binyonyi LCI Luwero town council Luwero district. 
The deceased has been identified as Jarindya Anthony aged 30years old, a mugwere by tribe, a security guard with Ryayo Security Group resident of Galuwero LC1 Luwero town council in Luwero district. 
It's alleged that on 16/12/2023 at about 11:20pm the deceased and Kwemoi Godwin (suspect ) were guarding at Najjembe Developers Micro Finance Limited, the suspect shot the deceased dead and run away abandoning the killer gun at their rented room and they were all working with Ryayo Security Group and deployed for night shift.
Upon police receiving the information from one Ssentongo Mohammed a bodaboda rider, they responded in time visited the scene and documented it by soco. "A case of murder by shooting was registered, blood swabs were picked for analysis, statements from relevant witnesses were recorded, two guns, 8 live ammunitions, 01 cartridge and a knife wrapped in a cloth were recovered from the scene and body conveyed to Mulago hospital mortuary for postmortem examination as they hunt for suspected killer," said ASP TwiineAmazima Sam the PRO Savannah region. "More inquiries are still at hand," he further added.
