Serial Mityana Man Behind A String Of Gruesome Murders Arrested.

 The Territorial Police in Mityana have arrested a suspect believed to be behind a string of gruesome murders in Mityana District since 2022.

 The suspect, identified as Kajjaji Samuel alias Pastor, is a Boda Boda rider and resident of Buwate, Kira Municipality, Wakiso District.

During interrogation, the suspect confessed to luring and murdering the victims.

Wamala region Police spokesperson Recheal Kawala revealed that police are investigating the suspect's involvement in at least three murders that have occurred in the district since 2022.

" The incidents include On 07/12/2022 Ngomba Charles Serugo a business man was allegedly murdered by unknown thugs.

 It is alleged the deceased while resting in his compound in Kabukira village Kalangalo Subcounty mityana district at about 2000hrs , was cut with sharp pangas on the head, killing him on spot.

On 30th/09/2023 Mugabirwe Rosemary a 35 yr old and resident of Kanyogoga zone Bukasa Parish Makindye division in Kampala district was murdered.

It is alledged body of the deceased was found lying at the farm of Nzisimuheire Chris by residents of Wabiyinja B village raped and with multiple injuries on her body with telephone number of her sister Kyosire Grace written in her left palm. 

Investigations have revealed that the suspect, Kajjaji Samuel, allegedly lured and murdered two victims in separate incidents: Rosemary (deceased) was lured from Kabalagala -Kanyogoga and murdered in Kikandwa, Mityana District while Ndyayambaje Didas (32), a Boda Boda rider, was found dead in Kamira Ntumbwe swamp, Kalangalo Subcounty, Mityana District.

 Preliminary findings indicate the suspect lured Didas from Bukoto, murdered him in Mityana, and stole his motorcycle.Said Kawala

Kajjaji was arrested on August 6, 2024, at his residence in Buwate, Wakiso District, and is currently being held at Mityana Police Station for further interrogation.
