ULS Recalls It's Two Representatives To The JSC

The Radical New Bar led by President Uganda Law Socierty Isaac Ssemakadde, through its Executive Order RNB No. 2 of 2024, has re-called its two representatives to the Judicial Service Commission of Uganda.

The two representatives have been unlawfully and unconstitutionally holding Uganda Law Socierty nominees to Judicisl Service Commission.

 These are Ms. Ruth Sebatindira (SC) and Ms. Norah Matovu Winyi.

This to ULS president Ssemakadde, this executive order takes immediate effect from the date of issuance . 

He says, all individual who were appointed not to represent ULS to the JSC and not  elected through lawful processes will be recalled.
