Biological Father, Second Wife Arrested Over Killing One Year old Boy His Mother.

Police in Ntungamo have arrested Namanya Innocent ,Mukiga by tribe, Business man,Resident of kirera cell, Rwoho Town Council,Ruhaama East sub-county in Ntungamo District, Mutesigensi Alex, aged 34yrs,Mukiga by tribe, Boda-Boda Ridder,Resident of kicwamba cell kitojo ward,Rwoho Town Council in Ntungamo District, and Nuwahereza Janepher, aged 33yrs,Munyankole by tribe, Apostle at The Healers church Ministry karama, Resident of kirera cell, Rwoho Town Council Ruhaama East sub-county in Ntungamo District over allegedly killing Ainembabazi Mellon a Mukiga by tribe, Resident of Nyakishenyi sub-county in Rukungiri District. 

 It is alleged that on 06/10/2024 at about 1200hrs the complaint one Natukunda Create reported a case of kidnap of her child one Ariho Eliajah  aged 01yr and 10 months at CPS Ntungamo vide sd 32/06/10/2024 and later Registered on CRB 1341/2024 by a female lady known to her by face.

She noted that while at kahaija church of Nazaren at Akatogo Nyakyera Town Council in Ntungamo District,as they moved out of church leaving his mother inside the church that's when the managed to access the child and moved away with him to unknown destination.

Police started tracking the father to the kidnapped kid one Namanya Innocent on suspicion that he is behind the kidnap since he had Domestic violence at home with his first wife Natukunda Create.

Through tracking,Namanya Innocent, his second wife Nuwahereza Janepher and Mutesigensi Alex were arrested for interview.

Upon interviewing the suspects they admitted to have kidnapped Victim using Ainembabazi Mellon, later killed both the victim and Ainembabazi Mellon and threw their bodies to waters of kanyehunde Nyarwanya cell Rubaare Sub-county in Ntungamo District.

A Team of police officers with the suspects moved to the crime scene and the suspects showed them where they threw the bodies of their victims on 07/10/2024.

A body of Ariho Eliajah was retrieved from the waters and was subjected for postmortem Examinations on pf48A and pf48B.

According to police, It was established that the father to the Deceased Ariho Eliajah,Namanya Innocent had long term Domestic violence with his first wife Natukunda Create(Mother to the Deceased Ariho Eliajah), and their matter is in court. 

As a result of Domestic violence Namanya Innocent had forcefully removed four children from their mother Natukunda Create leaving her with the youngest Ariho Eliajah.

Namanya Innocent Hatched a plot to kidnap Ariho Eliajah and have him killed.

Innocent and his second wife Nuwahereza Janepher hired and paid Mutesigensi Alex and Ainembabazi Mellon to execute the mission.

 Upon Ainembabazi Mellon having kidnapped the victim from the Mother Natukunda Create,she resisted handing over the child to Mutesigensi Alex on knowing that they wanted to kill the child and instead moved with the victim to her fathers home at Nyakishenyi Rukungiri District using Mutesigensi Alex Motorcycle.

When Namanya Innocent and his second wife Nuwahereza Janepher realised that Ainembabazi Mellon had resisted to hand over the child, they formed amind to have her killed as well.police established.

It was also established that on 07/10/2024 while using motor vehicle reg.no UBL 783W premio new model being driven by Namanya Innocent,moved together with his second wife Nuwahereza Janepher and Mutesigensi Alex led them to home of Ainembabazi Mellon where she was with Ariho Eliajah and picked them.

"while they got to kyabirara near matoke market, while in their vehicle they first killed Ainembabazi Mellon and put her body in a white sack and placed there a stone and threw her in the waters of kanyehunde".police noted

 It was further established that after killing Ainembabazi Mellon, they turned to the victim Ariho Eliajah and killed him in the same car and tied his body with women cloth belonging Ainembabazi Mellon and placed a heavy stone on the body and threw him into the same waters.

It is also established that the dead body of Un Identified female Adult that was retrieved from kanyehunde waters on 08/10/2024 is that of Ainembabazi Mellon.
