New IGP Byakagaba Shakes Police In New Reshuffles -Drops Enanga As Police PRO

The Inspector General of Police Abbas Byakagaba has dropped the SCP Fred Enganga from the position of Police spokesperson which he held for several years.

Enganga has been replaced by ACP Rusoke Kitumwa who has been the Regional Police Commander for Rwizi Region based in Mbarara.

The reshuffle comes few days after IGP held a long and secret meeting with President Museveni at State House Entebbe.

According to information Enanga has been appointed as Deputy Director of yet to be known Directorate.

Richard Echega has been appointed Kampala metropolitan police commander.
Acp Twishime Gerard Deputy KMP Commander.

SSP Nanoka RPC KMP North
Ziwede – CP Curiculum
SCP Steven Tanui who has been KMP Commander is now Deputy Director Fire
Cp Namuwoza CP Fire
SPC Nanding is now commandant  PSU
CP Kibwika is now HRM
Oil n Gas – Nyabongo

ACp Mastura- TOURISM
Muheirwe -Baracks.
