FDC At War Again,Katonga Faction Organising National Council Meeting

 Forum for Democratic change Katonga road faction has declared its intention to hold a National council meeting to discuss party matters.

Quoting articles 28(1)(b)(i) and 31(3) of FDC constitution, the meeting is slated 21st feb 2024.

The notice to all member copied to spyreports was signed by the party national chairman Amb.Waswa Biriggwa.

(FDC), is in disarray as an ongoing fight for its leadership has degenerated into allegations of bribery and illicit money.

Accusations of dubious procurements, ferrying of suspicious bags of money, and a lack of accountability have crept up and threaten the 19-year old party.

One of the party founding member also former party president Dr. Kiiza Besigye has oftenly accused Najjanankumbi faction of obtaing what he termed as illegaal money allegedly from the ruling NRM party.

Najjanankumbi leaders are yet to comment on the organised council Meeting from Katonga group.
