Government Declares Tomorrow a Public Holiday as Muslim Faithfuls Celebrate Eid-Al-Aduha
The government of the Republic of Uganda headed by president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa has declared tomorrow Wednesday, 28th June 2023 as a public holiday.
The Ministry of Public Service in a letter to the Information Ministry and National Guidance reads in parts, " the Honorable Minister of Public Service informs the general public that Wednesday 28th, June, 2023, is Eid-Al-Aduha (Festival of Sacrifice) and will be observed as a Public Hopiday throughout Uganda."
The announcement to the public was signed by Kaima Godfrey for the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service.
