Karamoja Affairs Minister Kitutu Granted Bail.

Karamoja Affairs Minister, Mary Goretti Kitutu, who has been in custody for a week, was grantedcash bail of UGX 10 million while her sureties are bonded in UGX 200 million non-cash on Friday, by the chief magistrate of the Anti-Corruption Court, Joan Aciro.. 

Kitutu's younger brother, Michael Naboya Kitutu, was also granted bail for Shs3 million cash and UGX 100 million non-cash sureties. . 

Minister Kitutu is facing charges related to the Karamoja iron sheets scandal, including two counts of causing loss of public property and one count of conspiracy to defraud.
