Col. Deo Akiiki, UPDF’s deputy spokesperson, said that Wesemoyo is expected in court today 26th Tuesday November 2024 and is to face charges of obstructing presidential security and assaulting an officer performing official duties.
“This kind of behavior jeopardizes the safety of the president and national security. It will not be tolerated,” Akiiki stated.
