Museveni's RDC Sets A Date To Move Debate To Remove Speaker Among From Office
Rubaga division Deputy Resident City Commissioner Harbert Anderson Burora has criticized the members of parliament for keeping a deaf hear when the public funds are being misused in the parliament.
Burora says that members of parliament keeping silent on the trending allegations of looting of funds amongst themselves will incite violence.
He added that the same members of parliament impeached Hon Namuganza overwhelmingly for personal disagreements with the speaker.
Burora questions as to why the parliament would wait for the public to take action which he said can cost the nation more than resolving this impasse in time.
''The same members of Parliament are silent while the Public is having heinous incidents with the speaker''. Burora twitted. Burora said that he is to hold a press conference on 19th March 2024 to announce his next move.
This comes at the time when the Speaker of Parliament has announced a special sitting to debate the trending allegations on social media of misuse of public funds in parliament
