ODPP, CID Set To Hold First Ever Annual Meeting

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions are set to hold . Theme: "The Contribution of ODPP/CID in the Socio-Economic Transformation of Uganda" Dates: September 4th and 5th, 2024 Venue: CID Headquarters, Kampala Chief Guest

The meeting is aimed at discussing how ODPP and CID can join energy to drive social and economic development in Uganda.

It is also aimed at fostering collaboration, enhance capacity and reaffirm the commitment of ODPP and CID to driving Uganda's socio-economic transformation through effective investigating and prosecution.

H.E. the President of Uganda Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is expected to officiate this meeting.

The meeting will bring together 620 Participants comprising ofe investigators, prosecutors, and key stakeholders, will convene to discuss and align their efforts towards a common goal.
