Police Officer Murdered in Cold Blood in Karamoja

A Police Officer's body identified as No. 73312 Opio Akol Raphael who was allegedly shot by warriors at night in a bush, has been discovered with his gun alongside him.

Unconfirmed reports from sources on the ground  suggest that the murderer couldn't have been a Karamojong warrior, " A warrior's main intention to kill is to own a gun so when u look at the body and the gun which is un attended to don't expect the murderer to be a warrior of Karamoja I know," the source said.

"I'm in the same locality but info coming in, is different from what the commanders are reporting. On the contrary, no warrior can kill and leave behind the gun. These can't be warriors..." the source intimated.
