SAD! ISO Boss Brig Gen Charles Oluka Collapses, Dies Just Hours From Office To Family prayers

The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces, Director General of Internal Security organization (ISO) ,Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka has passed away.

According to sources, Gen Oluka was rushed to hospital when he collapsed as family was praying.

 However, upon arrival he was pronounced dead at Sseguku Hospital on Entebbe road.

One of the family member who preferred anonymity, the General was okay, as he left office at 5pm to join family for dinner and prayers.

 The sad development has been confirmed by the Special Presidential Assistant- Press and Mobilization and Deputy Spokesperson, Haji Faruk Kirunda.

"I have learnt about the death of Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka, Director General, Internal Security Organisation.Brig. Oluka is praised as gentleman who enhanced teamwork and raised the profile of ISO. His dedication to work and commitment to his country were unrivaled. My condolences go to his dear wife and family, H.E Kaguta Museveni, the UPDF and ISO fraternity. May Brig. Oluka’s soul rest in eternal peace."Said the Deputy Speaker Tomas Tayebwa. 

By press time there was no official statement released by the UPDF.
