"Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander's directives still stands that motor cycles are supposed to be impounded only by traffic police and not people putting on civilian attires.
This is to warn civilians who are still impounding motor cycles to stop their illegal actions.
Any person who will be found impounding motorcycles will be arrested and charged to courts of law," Onyango warned.
