Tight Security As KCCA Bosses Kisaka, Luyimbazi, Okello Appear Before Chief Magistrate Court

There is heavy security deployment at Kasangati Chief Magistrates Court where the former Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority-KCCA Dorothy Kisaka and her Deputy  David Luyimbazi and health director Dr.Daniel Okello charged of negligence of duties.

These have been arranged before Chief Magistrate court by the criminal investigations directorate. 

The trio arrived at the court just before midday, having spent the last two days in police custody.
