Town clerk Suspends Physical Planner Over Alcoholism

The Kisoro Municipal Town Clerk, Ayub Kisubi Alikwan, has suspended Senior Physical Planner Kenneth Mbabazi due to allegations of alcoholism and hindering municipal work.

 According to the interdiction letter, Mbabazi obstructed machinery and verbally abused the team, although his role involved supporting their tasks.

Kisubi stated that Mbabazi's non-compliance with legal requirements has caused delays in service delivery.

Mbabazi is also accused of absentism and reporting late on duty which hinder better performance
