ULS President Isaac Ssemakadde Challenges President Museveni's Directive On Denying Bond To Coffee Thieves

The Uganda Law Society has challenged the president's directives banning police bond and bails on individuals accused of embezzling PDM 

Funds and projects like coffee.

President Museveni in his end of year address warned police officers who will give bond to coffee thieves from wealth creators(farmers).

The statement signed by Isaac Ssemakadde the Uganda Law Society also warned the police officer who will violate the Human Rights of Ugandan.

“No person should be arbitrarily deprived of liberty due to bureaucratic incompetence and overreach.” Said Ssemakadde.
