Heartless Mother Arrested over Burning Own Two Daughters for Stealing Sauce

Police in Nakasongola have in custody a mother on allegations of burning her two daughters. The girls are identified as; Nagenda Fatuma aged 6years old, and Nasuuna Hajara aged 4years old both pupils of Kamukamu Nursery School Kakooge. This occured on Monday 23/10/2023 at approximately 3pm at Kyabutaika Kakooge town council in Nakasongola district. 

Preliminary information indicates that on 23/10/2023 at around 3pm one Namuwonge Justine aged 27 years old a Muruuli and a resident of Kyabutaika Kakooge town council in Nakasongola district, biological mother to the victims lit a charcoal stove and burnt the hands of her children after alleging that they have stolen the source (beans) and she then kept them at home intentionally without getting medication.

When police received information from one Kwagala Resty aged 25 years old a Munyoro by tribe, teacher and resident of Namunsaala zone Kakooge town council in Nakasongola district. "Police responded to the scene of Crime visited and documented it by soco, a case of torture registered, relevant statements from relevant witnesses were recorded, victims admitted at Kakooge HC111, photographs were taken and suspect arrested and detained at Kakooge police station as inquiries are ongoing," said ASP TwiineAmazima Sam PRO Savannah Region.
