Hunter Becomes Hunted: Police Officer Caught on CCTV Cameras Stealing Four Mobile Phones from Electronic Shop.

Police in Mukono district have in custody one of their own on allegations of theft of mobile phones from an electronic shop in Anthony Nyamura ward, Mukono Central Division, Mukono District.

According to information gathered, It's alleged that on 03/12/2023 at around 5:00pm one no. Barasa Isac a police car driver attached to Mbalala police station entered a shop dealing in electronics on pretence of buying an antenna and in a process he picked three mobile phones and hide them in an artena box and he caught on cctv camera. The said police officer is said to be owning an electronic shop at namawojjolo .

A case file was opened at Wantoni police post vid 19/03/12/2023. The suspect was detained as investigations continue as CCTV footage was retrieved.
