M7 Fires Ntungamo RDC Muchunguzi Over Land Scandals.

 President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the appointing Authority has fired the Ntungamo RDC Mucunguzi Geoffrey in new RDC reshuffle, Spyreports has established.

According to the reshuffle list which we obtained a copy, Mucunguzi has been replaced by one Byarugaba Kanyamahene Isiah. According to state house sources, President Museveni was highly briefed that Ntungamo RDC Mucunguzi Geoffrey was involved in land related scandals in the district and was tarnishing the image of NRM.

 "We have made several reports in Ntungamo and most of the pin RDC as a scandalous man," Says a source from ISO adding the president tasked them to always conduct reports about RDC's conducts in their respective districts.

The source says according to their reports, RDC Mucunguzi Geoffrey is battling a criminal case of house breaking and malicious damage in Ntungamo court and of which he has not turned up.

"We can not advise the President to appoint any body as RDC when he or she is battling a criminal case in any court," says another ISO source.

 Another source says the President has been informed that RDC together with other leaders and SFC officer are also battling with another land related case in Mbarara high court and it was not good to appoint him in new office while battling with court cases.

 "All reports we have conducted show that RDC has not been a good person in Ntungamo and more is having cases in court so he could not continue to serve as RDC," Says another State house source.
