President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who also doubles as the Commander In Chief of Armed forces has fired the Gen Sabiit Muzeyi the Deputy Inspector General of Police in the New Army reshuffle, Spyreports has learnt.
According to information, Gen Sabiit Muzeyi has been sent back to UPDF headquarters in Mbuya pending redeployment.
He has been replaced by Gen Peter Loketch who has been in Sudan for Special Assignment.
In the related reshuffle, President Museveni also appointed Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba as the Commander of Special Forces Commander replacing Gen James Barungi.
Gen Muhoozi was the presidential Advisor on special operations Barungi has been sent to Sudan on special assignment replacing Gen Loketch.
Recently Spyreports broke the story of how President Museveni had refused to renew the contract of Gen Sabiit Muzeyi as Deputy Inspector General of Police on allegations of poor performance.
